   • Either party may terminate the SEO services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
5. Intellectual Property:

6. Confidentiality:

7. Limitation of Liability:
   • YSR SERVICES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the SEO services.
   • YSR SERVICES total liability for any claims arising from the SEO services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client.
